Social media is a crucial part of marketing. We're in and -- have been in -- the digital age and it's not going anywhere anytime soon. Embrace the opportunity to engage with clients and like-minded businesses. Social media provides a platform to plug (read: promote) yourself and a way to build a community surrounding your business.
There are tons of social media platforms out there. Choose the best one(s) applicable to your business and in which you're most comfortable managing. Social media is super personal and it's your direct line of communication to your audience. This means the content you share on there needs to come from you in one way or another. Your voice and tone (or that of your business or company) should come through on social media.
